Lots of projects in progress

It’s been a busy year already for us with lots of projects getting started, progressing on site or nearing completion.

We’ve really enjoyed working on all of these projects and collaborating with our clients and their design teams.

Here’s a quick overview of what we’ve been up to:

Passivhaus, Thurgoland

We’re really pleased to see the retaining wall now complete at our Thurgoland house with Paul Testa Architecture. Morton Civils ltd have done a great job and now Terry Huggett Developments are starting the above ground works. Exciting times.

Sandal House, Laughton

The garden room is nearly there. It’s lovely to see the cladding going on and the front terrace canopy structure is looking great. Architecture by Paul Testa Architecture

Holmley Lane, Coal Aston

Dronfield Sustainable Structural Engineers

We’ve been really enjoying working with Croft Design Collective on a few of their projects. They have a great attitude to their projects. This side extension near Sheffield is nearly complete. We did the structural design for the project and worked hard to minimise the use of steel and concrete in the design.

Orchard House, Brattleby

We’ve worked with Paul Testa Architecture on the design for this beautiful new build house in Brattleby, Lincolnshire. The house is incredibly close to completion and the spaces are looking fantastic. Creating some double hight volumes makes such a difference toi the feeling of space and drama.

Ashland Road, Sheffield

Work’s just started on this side and rear extension in a Sheffield conversation area with Paul Testa Architecture. There’s been some tricky details to bottom out with a boundary, retaining wall before work could start but Mack Construction are now progressing with the foundations.

Brick Hill, Bedford

The brickwork at our Bedford house is looking really good. The soldier course makes such a difference. Excellent design from Paul Testa Architecture.

Oriel Road, Sheffield

We’re really looking forward to starting work on this challenging new build house in Sheffield with Paul Testa Architecture.  It’s on a steeply sloping site to take advantage of fantastic views but that makes for some challenging ground conditions! Our clients are aiming to start work on site in the Autumn.
